CITY COUNCIL & WPC AUTHORITY
September 1, 2016
A SPECIAL & TELEPHONIC MEETING was held by the City Council & WPC Authority in the Mayor's Office on Thursday, September 1, 2016.
Those in attendance included Mayor Elinor Carbone, Public Works Director Jerry Rollet and Deputy City Engineer Matt Walsh. City Councilors Luisa Noujaim, Gregg Cogswell, Daniel Farley and Anne Ruwet participated via telephone. City Councilors Paul Cavagnero and Drake Waldron were absent.
Mayor Carbone opened the meeting at 3:02 p.m.
LOVERS LANE BROOK BRIDGE REPAIRS
On a motion by Councilor Ruwet, seconded by Councilor Farley, the Council voted unanimously to approve a change order to the Newfield Road Culvert Replacement Contract with W.W. Manchester Construction of Bristol, CT in the amount of $29,230 to repair Lovers Lane Brook Bridge and to authorize the Mayor to execute and administer the change order on behalf of the City.
ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Councilor Farley, seconded by Councilor Noujaim, the Council adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
